WORKOUT INSTRUCTIONS

Complete as many rounds as possible of the following exercises in 10 minutes. Complete the prescribed number of repetitions for each exercise before moving on to the next exercise.

When completing this workout, use a moderately heavy weight and slow down the rep speed to increase your time under tension. Rest as much as needed between rounds and exercises.
