What is the Pine Pollen Cleanse Challenge?

The Pine Pollen Challenge is a 14 day cleanse that combines Intermittent Fasting with the powerful nutrition of RAW Pine Pollen.

What happens to the body during a fasting cleanse?

During fasting several amazing processes occur within the body*:

  • The body's digestive system gets a break helping the pancreas restore the enzyme pool.

How do you do the Pine Pollen Cleanse?

The Pine Pollen Cleanse is super easy to follow. For 14 days you simple do the following: 

  1. Do not eat before 11 am in the morning or after 8 pm in the evening

  2. During the morning fast you consume only 2 pine pollen capsules and water, or 1 tsp of Raw Pine Pollen mixed with fresh lemon, 12 oz of water and a pinch of Himalayan sea salt. The salt is optional, but recommended.

Is there an advanced version of the Cleanse?

Yes,  if you successfully complete the 14 day cleanse and begin to see and feel the results, we highly encourage everyone to take the next step and make the morning cleanse a daily practice.  

This is definitely an advanced health practice and not recommended for everyone. 

How do I get started?

Starting the cleanse is as easy as getting some RAW Pine Pollen Powder and making the commitment to improve your health. 

However, fasting is not suitable for everyone, so you should consult with your physician before getting started; especially if you have a history of eating disorders, a medical condition, or are taking prescription medications.

Here are some tips to help you maximize the benefits of your cleanse:

  • Drink plenty of water through out the day to help maximize elimination

  • Do at least 3 high intensity workout sessions each week and stretch daily
