We recently sat down with our friend Steve Maxwell to discuss his new video series on joint mobility and why it is so important to prioritize joint mobility work in your training routine.

During the interview we also discuss Steve’s recent decision to stop traveling the world and move to Washington State, where he will be setting up a full time training studio to work with individual clients.

About Steve Maxwell: Steve is one of the most well known strength and conditioning coaches in the world, and has trained some of the world’s best fighters including,

”The Nightmare” Diego Sanchez.

Steve Maxwell is an avid grappler and travels around the world teaching men of all ages the Brazilian are of Jiu-Jitsu. Steve wrestled competitively through high school and college, and then in the US Army. Steve Maxwell is one of the first Americans to earn a black belt in Jiu-Jitsu.

Steve holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from West Chester State University, in PA.
