- Add one teaspoon of RAW Pine Pollen Powder to an empty coffee cup
- Pour in 8oz of black coffee of your choice to the Pine Pollen
- Stir the coffee and Pine Pollen together
- Add one tablespoon of MCT (Medium Chain Triglyceride) Coconut Oil to the cup
- Add creamer of your choice (optional)
- Mix thoroughly
Note: To avoid clumping, always stir the coffee and Pine Pollen together before adding creamer or MCT oil.
